Quality gaming costs money, but the Barcade is dedicated to providing quality competitive gaming at a low cost for the gamer.Our pricing is set at a level that allows us to achieve this whilst allowing us to expand and to acquire more games and better equipment.

How much to pay

BARCADE


If you want to play at the Barcade the amount you pay is based on the amount of time you play for as you might expect.

The rate is £1 unlimited play for students
The rate is £1 an hour for non students



(Non- students only) We are not an internet cafe so it is difficult to accurately measure the amount of time you play for.
In the interests of clarity we have a series of rules that govern how much you pay.

All amounts are calculated to the nearest half hour. This means that if you play for 2 hours and 10 minutes you will pay £2.00.

There are special rates available for turning up early.

If you arrive before 6pm and you are a student you can pay just £5 for the rest of the evening if you intend to stay that long. This applies even if you arrive at 4pm. Its easier for us and easier for you.

POKER

Poker has a slightly different set-up.

Poker is a strict £5 entry fee for each individual tournament you play in with no re-buys/add-ons in each tourney.
