Horde Challenge (Season 1 Ends March 30th)


The horde challenge is something that proved successful last year, its really simple and a lot of fun. 


Basically its a team tournament in two categories, a four man and a two man.


Once you have decided your team you just have to set a score in horde mode and at the end of the season there will be a cash prize for the highest score. Simples!!


The price for entry is £5 per player (£3.50 for members) 


Once you have payed you can attempt to get a high score up to 3 times that week. After the first week you may have just one attempt to better your score per week until the season ends.


You can enter both categories (2 and 4 man) but you cannot swap members within teams in each category.




The team with the highest score wins a cash prize made up of entrants fees from the other players. 






Gears of War 3 Tournament Rules and Schedule


Registration for each tournament will always be from 4pm to 6pm.


We hold 2v2 tournaments with the following rules:


Game type: Team Deathmatch

Matches: Best 2 out of 3 rounds (finals are 3 out of 5 rounds) with the following rules 


Respawns: 10
Rounds: 1
Bleed out time: 30 seconds
Friendly Fire: Off 
Weapon Respawn: After pickup
Maps: Host dictated, in a strict order as follows:


1st Round : HOTEL
2nd Round : MERCY
3rd Round: THRASHBALL
4th Round: GRIDLOCK (Finals Only)
5th Round: CHECKOUT (Finals Only)


Remember that the map changes for each round and each team will play a minimum of two rounds each match

Each team member MUST choose a different character


ALL weapons can be chosen


There will be NO alteration to stock map weapons


These tournaments are Single elimination tournaments. (ie: if you lose your match you are out)
